Discover HOLT’s incredible 1BR flat located in the center of Bucharest, just a block away from the beautiful Cismigiu Gardens, a perfect location. With renovations completed in May 2024, our bright and cozy flat was tastefully designed to delight the 5-star travelers’ senses & exceed all their homely needs. Here at HOLT, we created a modern space that will wow you with its newly renovated interior, thoughtful additions, and round-the-clock professional management. Live at the height of luxury!

HOLT’s newly renovated 1BR flat can host up to four comfortably, with a queen-sized mattress and a super comfy sofa that converts easily into a queen sleeper sofa. Fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, countless entertainment options with our Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi, plus a fully stocked kitchen ready for use. Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff.

The apartment includes:

• Glorious Queen sized bed from a luxury 25cm bio-rhythmic memory foam mattress brand that is perfect for all sleepers
• The bedroom also features a smart TV with loaded streaming apps
• Cabinets, dressers and more for storage
• Vanity space area for getting work done or putting makeup on for a night out
• Plenty of clean linens, blankets, pillows & towels provided!

The Kitchen includes:

• A modern kitchen fully stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Fridge, microwave, oven, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and much more

The Bathroom includes:

• A modern shower head with great pressure and super hot water, for an all-encompassing clean
• An oversized mirror to get ready for a day out exploring the city
• Blow dryer, hair curler, three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered
• A very comfortable toilet!

Everything else:

• Washer, iron, & ironing board
• Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay
• 24/7 self-check-in 

Guest Access

Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

The Neighborhood

Our property is located in Sector 1, right in the fanciest area of the entire city of Bucharest, just one street away from the beautiful Cismigiu Park, and a short stroll away from Old Town. You will have quick access to the most important landmarks of the city such as the Royal Palace, the Romanian Athenaeum, the Palace of the Parlament, as well as many museums, art galleries, restaurants, and clubs.

Discover historic architecture, old churches, cafés, and the romantic feel that makes this one of the most beautiful areas in the city.

Getting Around

There are many ways to get around the city. You have very short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber.

Other things to note

All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT’s Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit in total which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a €500 fee.
