Experiencing her during the day is ephemeral and dreamy, relaxing and buzzing with life, like stepping in a fairytale post happy ending. The glory of the sunset is one of her major acts, all her spaces inviting you to enjoy it, to savor it, just like the end of a good story. At night, the fresh flower smells, sounds of running water and peace create the perfect place to rest, safe, guarded by all the life around you, in the safety of the castle.

She is Sleeping Beauty’s home, so sleeping here is an experience like no other.

Located in Malanquin Golf Club, a super quiet gated community with a golf course right in front of the property and amazing views. HOLT’s massive villa can host up to 14 guests comfortably with bedrooms distributed all around the home, spacious living rooms and gaming areas, beautifully-maintained front and back gardens and a full-floor terrace with incredible views of the golf course and sunsets.

• A modern kitchen fully-stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Fridge, microwave, range & oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and much more

The Bathrooms include:
• The huge Master Bathroom overlooks the golf course and comes with Jacuzzi bathtub
• Monsoon shower heads for an all-encompassing clean
• Blow dryer, hair curler, three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered
• Very comfortable toilets!

Everything else:
• Custom keycodes for keyless entry for each guest, including 24/7 check-in
• Washer & dryer, iron, and ironing board. Laundry services can be provided by HOLT staff.
• Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay
• Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee upon explicit written request from guests’ post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours’ notice for this service.

Guest Access

Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. HOLT’s housekeeping staff has access and will be on-site during daytime hours most days of the week to ensure high-quality service throughout your stay with us.

Interaction

HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night.

The Neighborhood

HOLT’s property is located in the Malanquin Golf Club in La Mesa del Malanquin, one of the most exclusive communities in the city. The safety, security, and privacy of this neighborhood are closely protected. The villa sits at the edge of the city off the road to Celaya, making this place the perfect home base to explore everything that the magical city of San Miguel has to offer. 

San Miguel de Allende is one of the most attractive and charming cities in Mexico, well-known for its culture, and vibrant art. San Miguel’s stunning architecture, colorful streets, and enchanting traditions have made this town in Guanajuato one of the most important destinations for tourism in Mexico and a designated UNESCO world heritage site. The city has also been awarded as The Best City in the World to visit more than once!

Getting Around

Guests have plenty of parking in front of the home if they drive a car. If you want to be picked up and dropped off, or have a private driver at your disposal, we can share our trusted contacts with you. In addition, taxis and Ubers are available in the city at all hours of the day for very reasonable rates.

Other things to note

All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT’s Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional $50 USD sanitation fee per pet and also a $200 USD security deposit which is refundable after your checkout when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a $500 USD fee.

We offer a complimentary 20-liter water jug for each stay. Refills are available for an additional fee. A new water jug is provided weekly at no extra cost for long stays.
