With a recent refresh completed in October 2024, our charming studio has been designed with stylish touches to suit the modern-day traveler, whether for business or pleasure. Here at HOLT, we created a cozy and comfortable space that will delight you with its thoughtful additions, and round-the-clock professional management. HOLT’s industrial & cozy studio can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests with a super comfortable queen-sized bed. The unit is equipped with thoughtful amenities including a fully stocked kitchen to make you feel at home, a Smart TV with loaded streaming apps, high-speed Wi-Fi, and heating. Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff.

The studio includes:
• Queen-sized bed from a luxury 25cm bio-rhythmic memory foam mattress
• High-speed Wi-Fi internet access
• Flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, and MAX
• Dining area for two
• Cabinets for storage
• Plenty of clean linens, blankets, pillows & towels provided!

The Kitchen includes:
• All necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and much more

The Bathroom includes:
• A modern shower head with great pressure, and super hot water, for an all-encompassing clean
• Blow dryer, hair curler, three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered
• A very comfortable toilet!

Everything else:
• Washer, iron, & ironing board
• Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay
• 24/7 self-check-in

Guest Access

Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

The Neighborhood

Our property is located in Piata Romana, one of the nicest areas in the center of Bucharest. The historic architecture, the old churches, the outdoor terraces and cafés and the romantic feel make of this unit one of the best spots in the city. Easy walking access to taxis and trams, and shared bikes and mopeds.

Getting Around

There are many ways to get around the city. You are just a short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber.

Other things to note

All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT’s Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the apartment. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit per pet, which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a €500 fee.
