HOLT’s newly built Art Deco Casa can host up to 8 guests comfortably, with 3 king bedrooms distributed across the home, plus a sofa in the living room that can split into two single beds for extra guests. Each space in our colorful Art Deco villa was thoughtfully designed with local art and sophisticated custom furniture to offer you the classic charm of San Miguel and the comfort of a 5-star hotel.

• The sofa on the second level can turn into two single beds for extra guests

• A modern kitchen fully-stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Fridge, microwave, range & oven, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and much more

The Bathrooms include:
• The master bedroom, on the second level of the villa, features an elegant bathtub
• The second bedroom, on the ground level, also features an elegant bathtub
• The three bathrooms have modern shower heads with great pressure for an all-encompassing clean
• Blow dryer, three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered
• Very comfortable toilets!
• There is an additional half bathroom located on the ground level for visitors

Everything else:
• Easy access with custom keycodes for keyless entry for each guest, including 24/7 check-in
• Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee upon explicit written request from guests’ post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours notice for this service. Breakfast will only be available for same-day arrival bookings beginning on the 2nd morning of the reservation.

Guest Access

Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. HOLT’s housekeeping staff has access and will be on-site during daytime hours most days of the week to ensure high-quality service throughout your stay. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

We are available nearly 24/7 to answer any and all questions before, during and after your stay. We have full staff worldwide and in Oaxaca to attend to your every need.

San Miguel’s stunning architecture, colorful streets, and its enchanting traditions have made this town in Guanajuato one of the most important destinations for tourism in Mexico and a designated UNESCO World Heritage site. The city has also been awarded as The Best City in the World to live more than once!

Our property is located right in the heart of San Miguel, just steps away from La Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel and Plaza Allende, the pink limestone gothic church and a symbol of the city.

Enjoy the best location near restaurants, bars, and sightseeing just a few steps outside our house. It doesn’t get better than this! Have a great time in this picturesque, historic city with your loved ones.

Getting Around

It is highly recommended by all travelers and guides to explore San Miguel by foot. This prime location will be the perfect place to get to know San Miguel, as we are in one of the most exclusive areas in town, with easy access to everything the city has to offer. If you would like airport pickup and dropoff, or to have a private driver at your disposal, we can share our trusted contacts with you. There are also taxis and Ubers available at reasonable prices.

For those with cars, there is a paid parking lot right across the property, making moving around easy in case you are moving outside Centro.
