Discover HOLT’s newly renovated 5BR holiday home, conveniently located in La Escondida, one of SMA’s most exclusive private communities. This huge home was fully designed to suit the 5-star travelers’ needs, featuring spacious bedrooms, a furnished patio with a pool & a hot tub, ACs, Smart TVs with streaming apps, and high-speed WiFi. Enjoy the perks of La Escondida, including an Olympic pool, a gym, free shuttles in & out of Centro, & security.
With renovations completed in January 2024, HOLT’s two-level home was thoroughly designed with the 21st-century traveler in mind. Our generous property can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people with its spacious indoor and outdoor areas, making it the perfect place for large groups.
La Escondida offers 24-hour gated security, shared swimming pools, a clubhouse, and gym facilities. In addition, all guests have access to Escondida’s shuttles in and out of Centro, available on a schedule for pickup from your front door.

The Living Rooms & Dining Rooms include:

The Bedrooms include:
- All five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers
- The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a sitting area and a huge walk-in closet and bathroom with His and Hers sinks.
- Both Bedroom Two and Bedroom Three have king beds
- Both bedrooms have access to the second-floor terrace, featuring comfortable outdoor furniture
- Bedroom Four features two double beds, and Bedroom Five has a bunk bed with two single beds
The Bathrooms include:
- Modern shower heads with great pressure and water temperature, for an all-encompassing clean
- Blow dryer, three sizes of towels, and a full range of toiletries offered
- Very comfortable toilets!
The Kitchen includes:
- A modern kitchen fully stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
- Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, range & oven, blender, toaster, and much more
Everything else:
- Two additional half bathrooms
- Shared community facilities include two pools, a gym and a pick-up shuttle service in and out of the historic San Miguel Centro.
- 24/7 check-in
- Washer & dryer, iron, and ironing board. Laundry services can be provided by HOLT staff.
- Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay
- Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee upon explicit written request from guests’ post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours notice for this service. Breakfast will only be available for same-day arrival bookings beginning on the 2nd morning of the reservation.
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. HOLT’s housekeeping staff has access and will be on-site during daytime hours most days of the week to ensure high-quality service throughout your stay with us. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
HOLT’s property is located at La Escondida, a beautiful and exclusive gated community, just a 10-minute drive from downtown San Miguel de Allende. You have access to the amazing amenities that La Escondida has to offer during your stay. Work out in the gym facilities, enjoy the swimming pools, 24/7 security.
San Miguel de Allende is one of the most attractive and charming cities in Mexico, well-known for its culture, and vibrant art. San Miguel’s stunning architecture, colorful streets, and enchanting traditions have made this town in Guanajuato one of the most important destinations for tourism in Mexico and a designated UNESCO world heritage site. The city has also been awarded as The Best City in the World to visit more than once!
The property has a garage where you can park multiple cars. If you don’t have a vehicle. Uber, local taxis, public transportation, and executive taxis are also available.
Pool rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the pool properly and damage it will be subject to a USD 500 fine. The rules are shown in the last photo of the listing and are present in the property as well.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT’s Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.
This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional $50 USD sanitation fee per pet, and also a $200 USD security deposit per pet, which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a $500 USD fee.
We offer a complimentary 20-liter water jug for each stay. Refills are available for an additional fee. A new water jug is provided weekly at no extra cost for long stays.
